The regeneration of Earl's Court will transform this area of London. We are looking for an outstanding Programme Manager with a proven track record in economic development results and excellence; with expert experience of delivering employment, skills and business support initiatives and an acute knowledge of recruitment in the construction sector. 
 
The Earl's Court Development will see thousands of new homes, cultural and community facilities, a primary school and health care facilities built over the next 20 years. The initial stages of demolition and construction will present both opportunities and challenges to local residents seeking employment and local businesses. 
 
Working in partnership  with the developer, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham have developed an ambitious plan to realise the economic potential of the development.  This plan will deliver a significant, long-term support programme to foster local skills, sustainable employment and business growth.
 
The Earl's Court Programme Manager will drive this programme forward and work closely with both local authority economic development teams, the developer, and its main contractor. 
 
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and in-depth experience of managing employment and skills development projects. Possessing excellent project management and communication skills, our Programme Manager will demonstrate a track record of successful outcome-focussed partnerships. 
 
The post is offered on a 3 year fixed term basis, with the possibility of extension.
